Baptism: At least one month in advance to set up a meeting with the Pastor.
Reconciliation: By appointment only.
Marriage: At least one year in advance. Marriage Preparation course must be completed before wedding.
Car or Home blessings, Communion to the Homebound: Priest or Eucharistic Minister will visit the home.
Anointing of the Sick: For those who will be undergoing surgery, are very ill, or are near death.
Funeral: Contact us as soon as possible to plan Vigil Prayers, Funeral Mass and Burial.
Please contact the Parish Office if you wish to have a Mass said, or have the Sanctuary Lamp burn, in memory of a loved one or for a special intention.

Dear St. John the Baptist family,
All Saints Day Mass will be celebrated to commemorate all the Saints on Monday 1st November, 2021 at 7:00pm. Our Votive candles are back in place and you can light a candle to pray for the intercession of the saints.
All Souls Day Mass will be celebrated to commemorate all the faithful departed on Tuesday 2nd November, 2021 at 7:00pm. Remember to light a votive candle to pray for your beloved dead.
Wednesday Mass and Adoration: This first Wednesday November 3rd, 2021 we shall have Adoration following the 7:00pm Mass. Please do well to attend.
Relics of St. Brother Andre: We will be hosting the relic, a piece of Brother Andre’s heart, at St. Eugene Parish on Thursday 25th November, 2021 from 7pm-9pm. There will be Adoration, Mass, social distance veneration of the relics and anointing with the oil of St. Joseph. NOTE: attendance is strictly by registration. Please call the St. Eugene Parish office to register: 905-549-2694. There will be a free-will collection at this Mass.

Missals for the new liturgical year beginning on the First Sunday of Advent, November 28, will be sold after Masses during the month of November. The cost is $5 each. Exact change is appreciated.
On the first Wednesday of every month, beginning November 3, we shall have Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament after Mass. Mass begins at 7:00pm, and Adoration will follow until approximately 7:45pm.
The Faith Formation Session scheduled for the month of November has been postponed to December. More information will be available soon.
