FROM THE PASTOR’S DESK
TRINITY SUNDAY: Happy Trinity Sunday! We celebrate the foundation of our Faith, our belief in God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. May the Communion of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit inspire us to build community in our Parish.
HAPPY FATHERS DAY to all fathers and men of our Church. I Pray for God’s blessings on all of you. May I use this opportunity to encourage all the men in our parish to be more involved in the church and also strive to be the spiritual leaders of your own families – the domestic Church. I would be happy to see more involvement of the men in the life of the church as this is dwindling.
ONE HEART ONE SOUL: We are having successful preparatory meetings for our One Heart One Soul Campaign so far. Kick off will be in September.
I would like to encourage you to consider what you can do for our church. The way we support our church shows how deeply involved we are with our church.
PICNIC: Let’s use the occasion to build community in our parish as community life in our parish is not that encouraging. As a church we are a community and we exit to foster the Kingdom of God here on earth. Those who are able to donate things we need for the picnic should freely do so without compulsion. I would donate paper plates and cups.
FEAST OF THE BODY AND BLOOD OF JESUS: The weekend of 22nd and 23rd is the Feast of Corpus Christi. We shall have a 10 minute Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament to conclude each Mass. Communion will be offered under both species.
God Bless, Fr. Andrew.

“But when He comes, the Spirit of Truth, He will guide you to all truth…” John 16:13
Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to help us know and live the truth. To prepare ourselves, we need to open our hearts to receive this gift before we can give it. Develop a daily prayer routine. Talk and listen to the Holy Spirit.
This is best done in silence, when we can hear His response.
