THE YEAR OF ST. JOSEPH
December 8, 2020 to December 8, 2021 has been declared a “Year of St. Joseph” by Pope Francis, marking the 150th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Saint Joseph as the Patron Saint of the Universal Church. St. Joseph is the Patron Saint of many – workers, fathers, travellers, unborn children, immigrants, and dying a happy death. He is also the Patron Saint of Canada. For more information, visit the Diocesan website at https://hamiltondiocese.com/year-of-st-joseph/where you can also find a link to “Patris Corde: With a Father’s Heart” written by Pope Francis.

SERRA CLUB VOCATION SEEDS
Mary said, “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Saviour”. Perhaps the way Christ has called you to magnify the Lord is through the priesthood or religious life. If you think this might be the case, email email@example.com or visit the website https://hamiltondiocese.com/vocations/
PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS
God, the source of creation and love, you invite each of us to serve you through the life which is your gift. May your grace encourage men and women to heights of holiness through service to the Church as priests, sisters, brothers and lay ministers. Make me an instrument to encourage others to give themselves and challenge me to do the same. Amen.
